Firstly, navigate to settings and then choose subscription

Click on the Upgrade or Downgrade button for the plan you would like to move to.
A Proration is then calculated taking in to account any time remaining on the current plan.
The total is then calculated by deducting the price for any time remaining on the current plan in the current billing cycle and then adding the price of the new plan for the time remaining.
An upgrade would result in a new total above zero and would be charged as soon as the upgrade is confirmed by you.
A downgrade would result in a total below zero meaning that you would be in credit.
any credit acquired is applied to your account and would be used for subsequent payments until the credit reaches zero.

An example of downgrading from out Teams plan to Creator, Amounts will differ depending on how much time is left in the current billing cycle.
